Andy has been in real estate for 28 years and has been with Long & Foster 26 of those years.  A U.S. Army Veteran, he has lived in Northern Virginia and Stafford County for most of his life.  He has 4 grown children in the area and 11 grandchildren.  He and his late wife, Janis Atteberry, created a vast and loyal following with their strong commitment and standards of excellence which are still practiced today.  His passion, intuition and knowledge of the industry is unsurpassed.

Cristina has been involved in the real estate business since the mid 1980's in an administrative capacity with Larry Hogan & Associates and Shannon & Luchs, where she was licensed in Maryland.  After a 19 year break while raising her 4 children and serving the community as a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, she rejoined the Realtor community with Long & Foster and became a member of the team in 2012.  Her tendency to personally invest herself in each transaction makes her enthusiasm for happy clients very evident.  She has lived in Northern Virginia for almost 29 years.

Holly has been a licensed agent for 12 years with Long& Foster.  After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communications from GMU and a short career in Public Relations, she decided to follow in her late mother's footsteps and become a successful Realtor.  Since the birth of her two children she has left the fast paced real estate sales business and serves as Transaction Manager for the team.  With her strong organizational skills and experience she ensures the smooth flow of the team transactions and helps clients through the process.
