A licensed REALTOR®, Holly joined us in 2006. As our Transaction Coordinator & Office Manager, Holly tracks all of our transactions from contract date to closing. She takes care of our marketing/advertising needs, taking our property photos, answering our email inquiries and keeps our web-site up to date. She also handles the ordering and scheduling of the home, termite, and all other inspections needed. She coordinates with the lender, the settlement company, the cooperating agent and client every step of the way. She is always very pleasant & willing to help in anyway she can.
